I loved the resort style! There was space for kids to make a mess, and space for quiet relaxation. The rooms had great designs and the staff were amazing workers.
The shower water's temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, and this caused slight discomfort.

I found the staff helpful. Their smiles were infectious! my room was super clean with a balcony offering nice views. i was especially grateful for the variety of dining options available. Everything i tried was great!!!

The pool area was well-kept. I saw lovely staff serving drinks and food. There was also a quiet adult pool separate from the kids' pool. The choice of restaurants provided a variety of options (this made dining very convenient). The rooms were modern and clean.

The room had air conditioning. It also featured a large, comfortable bed. I found the room to be very clean and well-kept. Free WIFI was available in the room.

The restaurant by the beach offered nice food (I especially liked the seafood). There were several dining options available, including Thai and Italian. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of items.

The hotel had easy access to the port. Excursions departed regularly from the port. The bula bus provided transport every 15 minutes. This made getting around very convenient.

The pool had a slide. There was also a swim-up bar. The gym contained three treadmills and two stationary bikes. A wide range of restaurant cuisines was available.

The staff was very nice and friendly. I was allowed an early check-in. On my last day, I could use a changing room and shower before going to the airport. Bartenders were awesome.
